How exactly did you go about the build process, meaning every step that you took? It seems like you're missing a few things or maybe missed a step or something. Thanks. smile.gif

one possible solution

... and another

Try disabling "burn cd" with pebuilder and use CD BURNER XP PRO to burn the ISO... see the "how to build" instructions.

This is what my log looks like:

G:\windowUBCD\255\mkisofs.exe -iso-level 4 -force-uppercase -volid "BartPE" -b bootsect.bin -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -hide bootsect.bin -hide boot.catalog -o "C:\ubcd4win.iso" "G:\windowUBCD\255\BartPE"

Note the bold, at the end of yours it's BartPE1 - yet BartPE in the log earlier???

bootsect.bin is in this zip file.

In the BartPE folder which should be in your directory does bootsect.bin exist there?

The error message you are getting is because mkisofs.exe can't locate bootsect.bin file.

Try rebuilding again it's your folder names causing the problem.
