Errors during build can't find path to runscanner

I received a runscanner.zip file from hilander999 last night and when I tried it just now, it works great!

I have the same errors as dakota26. I tried extracting the above files and it still dosen't work. I keep getting the same three errors. I bought the CD package UBCD4Win30401. Any help?

Here is the file and instructions I had emailed to dakota26.

http://toms.homelinu.../runscanner.zip

?:\<UBCD4WIN>\OEM1\RUNSCANNER

Delete the current runscanner folder and replace it with the one in the zip file.
